TARMAC DELAY CONTINGENCY PLAN
Northeast Florida Regional Airport (NFRA) has prepared this Emergency Contingency Plan pursuant to §42301 to the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012. NFRA has filed this plan with the Department of Transportation because (1) it is a commercial airport and (2) this airport may be used by an air carrier described in §USC 42301(a)(1) for diversions.
ANNUAL BUDGET
The St. Johns County Airport Authority operates the Northeast Florida Regional Airport on behalf of the citizens of St. Johns County, Florida. The fiscal year for the St. Johns County Airport Authority is October 1 to September 30.
