hosted by Galaxy Aviation and the Northeast Florida Regional Airport
on June 2nd, 2012 from 10AM – 4PM.
This event will attract not only the general aviation community but also many people from the surrounding Northeast Florida area.
A 12,000 square foot state-of-the-art airline terminal will be transformed into a Bahamian island paradise. With assistance from the Bahamas Ministry
of Tourism we will host both exhibitors from all the islands as well as the general aviation community.
Bahamian food and a live performance by a Bahamas Junkanoo band will delight the crowd. Seminars on Bahamas travel, customs Procedures and safety for
"over water flight" will be conducted. Charter companies, hotels, resorts and other Bahamas related businesses will be attending to show all the wonderful
things the Bahamas has to offer and how easy it is to get there.
Marketing efforts target the general aviation and marine community not only in Florida but also Georgia and the Carolinas. The focus of these efforts
will bring many to Destination Bahamas 2012. We are proud to have premier lifestyle publications such as Old City Life and Coastal Angler magazine involved
to provide additional marketing.
We ask for your support and attendance. Special room rates, as low as $89.00 per night, have been obtained and registration costs will be kept to 2011
rates so that we can maximize exhibitor attendance. Attached are Sponsorship and Exhibitor applications. We hope you will join us for “Destination...Bahamas
