State of Florida 

Commercial Airline Terminal/Elite Airways Passengers

  • All passengers and guests entering the Commercial Airline Terminal are required to follow all applicable local, state and federal public health regulations.
  • Masks are required to be worn within public airports in the United States and must be worn in the Commercial Airline Terminal at the Northeast Florida Regional Airport in accordance with federal regulations.
  • Elite Airways Travel Advisory (12/17/2021) - https://res.eliteairways.net/TravelAdvisories - "Passengers on all Elite Airways flights are required to bring and wear face-masks during check-in, during the flight, and while deplaning (note: children under the age of two are exempt). Per the CDC, people who are fully vaccinated with an FDA-authorized vaccine can travel safely within the US. You do not need to get tested or self-quarantine if you are fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 3 months. If you have not been vaccinated and plan to fly, please refer to the latest CDC guidelines for this. Private Air Travel

  • If you are flying into NFRA in a private aircraft and anticipate your aircraft will be managed by our FBO, Atlantic Aviation, please call 904-824-1995 if you have questions pertaining to their services.
  • Atlantic Aviation has implemented enhanced customer and employed safety procedures detailed in their company's Our Renewed Commitment announcement. 

Airport Administration

The Airport Administration Office is OPEN to the public for essential business transactions, Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  If you have any questions regarding Airport operations, please contact Airport Administration:

Airport Conference Center

  • All activities scheduled to occur at the Airport Conference Center and other onsite public gatherings are restricted until further notice. 

U.S. Customs &. Border Protection

  • U.S. Customs & Border Protection Services are available onsite at the Northeast Florida Regional Airport. To learn more or schedule an appointment, please call 904-209-0099.
